Our story
We build where we want to live.
Bruce Clarke and Dan Beaulac have spent more than 20 years in land development. They love creating new places, building good products and living in the mountains.
Monashee Ridge has taken thirteen years of planning, approvals and engineering. Today the road and water are in, the lots are ready to build, and the first cabins are finished.

Engineering complete
Every phase is engineered and approved: 48 lots across five phases.
Road and water in
Built and paid for, with a private entrance on Monashee Way.
Lots ready to build
Phase 1 lots are blasted, benched and ready for a foundation.
Two cabins finished
Both were built through the winter by Staxon Homes.
Lot 2 under construction
The next cabin is going up now.
